It's funny to think about how some of the common fan assumptions during season 1 of ML were proven wrong in subsequent seasons, thus making those earlier fics come off as kind of odd. Like it wasn't unusual for season 1 fics to assume that people could only ever be akumatized once (since there were no repeat akumas in season 1), and that Miraculous Holders couldn't be akumatized at all. Boy was that disproven later *cough* Chat Blanc *cough*.
